         <description><![CDATA[<div>When Stress negatively influences teachers' beliefs about their work, performance issues are compounded by negative self-perception, and students may not work to their potential. Teachers who believe they can affect student outcomes are more likely to implement effective strategies and build meaningful relationships with their students. students tend to respond to such teacher with more motivation and cooperation and, therefore improve the chances of reaching desired outcomes.<br>(Jennings &amp; Greenberg, 2009)<br>(Jennings, Snowberg, Coccia &amp; Greenberg, 2013)<br>(Shen et al., 2015)</div>]]></description>
