“He reproach himself a hundred times. Why did I follow her? I was so happy in seeing her only! She looked upon me; was not that infinit? She had the appearance of loving me.”(Pg 201).
For me, this quote is referring love, because Marius is re-flexing about his love for the young girl. He was wondering why he followed her.

“A horrible thing, which includes days without bread, nights without sleep, evenings without a candle, a hearth without a fire, weeks without labor, a future without hope, a coat out at the elbows, and old hat which makes young girls laugh…” (Pg 181).
This quote is related to Chaos and Order, because Victor Hugo is describing how Marius felt for couple of days. And that life became hard for Marius.

“Still, said Thenardier. Jean Valjean did not rob Madeleine, but he is a robber. He did not kill Javert, but he is a murderer.”(Pg 386).

The connection of this quote and injustice, is that in this section I see that there is injustice, because Thenardier, has no proof that Jean killed Javert nor that he rob Madeleine. In fact, Javert killed himself by having hand chives and throwing himself to the river.

As a violent action in history. And many people were dying on it

She stopped; the end of her sentence would not have been respectful to the beginning. To her, Jean Valjean was still Monsieur the Mayor.”

For me, this quote has to do with chaos because Jean Valjean was sent to prison. Because he killed Fantine.

And went to jail for 5 years and then tried to escape, so it was 14 years more.

I am a galley-slave - a convict - I am just from the galleys.” (P. 16-17)

Jean Valjean has guilt for his recent life of crime and cannot believe that the Bishop [Monseigneur Bienvenu] is actually letting him stay in the church. Jean Valjean holds guilt for his actions and insists that the Bishop shall hold contempt for him.
