Julio released his first book in 2017, ‘The professional Actors Handbook: From casting call to curtain call.’&nbsp; He has published referee articles on issues of EDIBA (equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and access) in acting and diversification of classic texts. In addition to his performimg career he is also a working director/performer and was nominated for a Audelco Award for his direction work for his production of ‘Sweet Charity’. The Jewish exponent named him the “next wave” of the arts and culture in the city of Philadelphia. In New York, Warren was the Associate Artistic director of Jewish Repertory Theatre where he produced a season of Jewish musicals. Warren serves as the Executive Director for the Association for Jewish Studies in New York where he leads the largest organisation of Jewish Studies scholars, teachers, and students in the world. JADT provide articles with a valuable insight and information on the heritage of American theatre. This is a qualitative and secondary piece of information.</div><div><br></div><div>Sarah Whitfield. (2019) Reframing the musical: race culture and identity. (online) Methuen Drama, London UK: Bloomsbury Publishing. Available at: https://www.jstor.org/action/doBasicSearch?Query=Sarah+whitfield+race+culture+and+identity&amp;so=rel Sarah is a music and theatre historian, researcher and practitioner. She uses digital humanities research methods alongside traditional archival research to challenge established narratives. She writes about musical theatre history focusing on the work women do in the arts and explores the methodologies in archival approaches from lost history. She has collaborated on lots of different projects from immersive theatre to West End Musicals.&nbsp; This information was written to bring thoughtful and innovative work by leading scholars of theatre, drama and performance in the Americas. She is an editor at The Morning News and has also worked for Guernica Magazine and The New Inquiry. This website aims to create a digital library for scholars, researchers and students, making original research accessible and free.
