After that, he assistant director of Human Resources Division Mr Mohd Faizal Bin Sharip have explained to me about the Tourism Malaysia, my workscope with some handouts and in which division I will be work during this internship. I was appointed at Package Development Division of Tourism Malaysia by Mr Mohd Faizal. As he had explained, here my work task will be collaborating with tour and travel agents to upgrade the tourism packages in motive to promote Malaysia. During this whole process today, Mr Abdul Zaili Bin Abd Hamid was assisted me to get all the information that I need to know. After that, I was introduced to the Head of Division Mr Manoharan in his office. He was greeted me so friendly. Since, so many staffs are still on leave, I haven't get chance to meet my Trainer. -During our last division meeting, Mr Mano ask us to submit first look of MyMe which is newly named as D'Malaysia Experience by 25th of May 2018.
-So Mr Nizam ask the designer to come and explain about the designing progress.
-Mr Ali explained and requested to me for arrange the information of packages in file like how he did in sample of DME that he brought today.
-I accepted the task with Mr Nizam permission.

-When I request some reference for doing this minutes, Mr Hisham ask me to refer back with last year meeting minutes of the same Technical Committee Meeting.
-Still I never get a complete details about what issues and information that have been discussed in this meeting. For that, Mr Hisham ask me to request those information from the Secretary department of MHTC. So emailed to the person of in charge.

-Due to we have lack of time, need to finish it before 25th of May, Mr Nizam come up with a solution and ask suggestion for the solution from us.
-When everyone agreed with the idea Mr Nizam, he request cooperation from all staffs who is working for D'Malaysia Experience to finish it before the due date which given by Mr Mano.
-Finalize the design from the designer. Even the design is really satisfied with what we really want. For the time being, we proceed with that design.
-Mr Nizam ask me to make soft copy mock up into booklets in A3 size. Its a book with 200 pages. Once I done my presentation, the panels commented that I'm very lucky for get opportunity to do Paperworks and Meeting Minutes. They said, mostly the director of each unit the one responsible for doing those things. Then, they praised with ,y idea contribution for D'Malaysia Experience Magazine production. At the end I'm very satisfy with my presentation and my friends presentation as well as the comments from panels.
