         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) We determined that she is almost completely below average in all areas of math that were tested. Because of this, we believe she should be referred to special education.&nbsp;<br>2) The major difference is on one test she scores far below average where the other she falls into the average range. <br>3) She could have a low confidence in her academic ability which could effect her performance in other academic areas.&nbsp;<br>4) We would chart her actions during class on an average lesson day as well as during a testing day (end of unit test). We would then collect her work and chart patterns to determine where she struggles.<br>5) To be determined after we review the data results.</div>]]></description>
