The amount of work sites we visited painted a complete picture of what gen contracting and work looks like. All speakers and participants were knowledgeable and very friendly. The estimation activity was engaging and was taught with expertise, no quick answers from our instructor. He made us work through the problem and therefore taught us a great deal. I appreciated hearing from different people about their jobs and how they came to be at P&C. The activity at the end definitely made it more real world applicable and I appreciated getting a glimpse into what they do. He was also very patient when we were lost or confused. But one of the most worthwhile parts was when P&C provided us with their own lesson in estimating. That really helped visualize what I could take back to the classroom!
