North Korea has warned of a nuclear attack on the US in response to joint military exercises between South Korea and the US. North Korea has threatened to bomb the United States several times and giving a state sovereignty with this type of power is dangerous beyond dangerous. Another dangerous attack North Korea has is cyber attacks. For example, many months ago the US openly blamed North Korea for "unleashing the so-called WannaCry cyber attack that crippled hospitals, banks and other companies across the globe earlier this year."         Nuclear weapons are not the right of any sovereign nation who wants them, the power North Korea has is dangerous.  The leaders of both North Korea have stated their desired intent to destroy entire nations. This is why they should not have sovereignty.
