  • Technology is hard to master (the IT and the online learning portal)
  • People who are less familiar with technology often have the needed experience and need to be made part of the system
  • There is a lot of information to get through - this can be hard
  • English is often used and there can be language barriers - but Google Translate is useful
  • The freely available tools are easy to use to produce fairly good results!!!
  • The test for me would be for me to allow someone take my course from their country (online)
