To make an improvement it is great to call over the student individually, away from the group, and have them reflect and talk about what they were doing, what they should be doing, and what they are going to do change behavior and why.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Bad behavior needs to be addressed by something of value to ensure the behaviors eventually stop or become less of a problem.  If the behaviors continue, a new alternative needs to be developed, and with more consistency.</title>
