         <description><![CDATA[<div>I love to share this healthy treat with my friends. Check out Ms. Martens enjoying a caramel slice with her cup of tea in the staff pantry. <br><br><strong>Ingredients</strong><br><strong>Base Layer</strong><br>145g Almonds<br>170g Dates<br><br><strong>Carmel Layer</strong><br>170g Dates<br>130g Almond Butter<br>120g Coconut Oil<br>pinch of salt<br>1tsp vanilla extract<br>45g dessicated coconut (optional)<br><br><strong>Top Layer</strong><br>75g good quality 70%+  dark chocolate <br><br><strong>Method</strong><br>Base Layer - Crush almonds in a food processor. Cut the dates into small pieces and add into the food processor. Pack into the baking tin and place into the fridge.<br><br>Carmel Layer - Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz together. Add the carmel onto the base layer and place into the fridge<br><br>Top Layer - melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Add the chocolate onto the carmel layer. Place into the fridge for 2 hrs. <br><br>Finito! Enjoy your healthy snack. </div>]]></description>
