Students are excited to participate in the circle. I see you working to hold all students accountable and building their investment in doing the work by celebrating accomplishments (marshmallow clap) and incentivizing urgency in task completion and collaboration (marble jar). Continue to reinforce expectations and give consequences as needed and with immediacy. Try to keep circle under 20 mins so that there will be time for the rest of the days activities and students don't lose their focus. Students seem to enjoy phonics and are fully engaged in the lesson.
