Jaya is trying to speak some sense into Ma and Om is yelling at the guards that they have got the wrong person but Jeetu willingly goes, posing as Om and accepting his fate.

the use of "Pah" at the start- representing suprise, realistic speech feature; specifically a filler word
2) The style and register is very informal (but exaggerated)

At this moment in the play, the conflict is driven by Ma and her expectations of Jaya as a daughter in law, and her role as a wife, with Ma's expectations of upholding traditional familial values and prsent the image of a functional family dynamic to her neighbours. Jaya's infedelity with Jeetu challenges Ma's personal values, but what makes the situation all the more suspensful for the audience is how Jaya's doubts about Oms job, which prompts Ma to confront Jaya. She even go as far as to criticise Jaya's position in their family, calling her out for not being able to "see" her husband "even when he's right in front [of her]". We know that Ma is very protective of Om which is another reason she defends him and his choices, with how she describes his feet as "flowers" and how she infantilizes him calling his feet "little". Her tone when she exclaims "Pah!" sounds as though she is disproving of Jaya's actions, despite not having actual confirmation of her affairs with Jeetu. It shows how Ma is aware of the goings on in her family unit and will openly express her disappointment in Jaya as a daughter-in-law and wife to Om. This demonstrates how Ma starts off by trying to intervene in any matters that might tarnish her family image and then eventually reaches a point where comfort and pleasure exceed/ are more important than keeping her family together, no matter the cost.

At this moment in the play, Ma sees Ginni for the first time, and, despite just discovering that Om has sold the rights to his organs interrupts her own previous construction with an exclamation "Ahh!". This exclamation connotes the refocusing of Ma's attention on Ginni, rather than on Om's plight. We soon understand why, as she rhetorically asks, "Who is this angel?" in reference to his donor. The device, as well as the locutionary act of shifting her tone and intent, illustrates her surprise and dramatic shift in mindset over Om's choice - she cares more about Ginni than about the potential loss of her son's organs. She focuses on what she sees as an ideal, which connotes her willingness to sacrifice for it.

At this moment in the play, Ma is more engrossed with the video couch than her son being taken away to have his body harvested, showing her transition from wanting to maintain her families images to seeking pleasure and ignorance by turning to technology. Her annoyance of being disturbed from her video couch is obvious, the filler word of "tch" and how she explicitly questions why she should care about Jeetu,

the stage directions supports the idea of Ma's uncaring attitude towards her son, as she puts back on her headphones and turns back towards the video couch.
