         <description><![CDATA[<div>I asked around if everyone believes that the changing technology landscape is a major problem for the business I am investigating, 90% of people that I asked agreed with me and it was also found that many people are starting top purchase their Apple products online rather than In person. I will decide to focus on solving the problem of advancing technology in the market, in multiple different ways. I then decided that I could possibly narrow this down into two different sections. It could be focusing on the innovative device technology or it could be about innovating store fronts are creating staff-less stores. This will be further investigated. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;- Branding&nbsp; - I could change the branding of the company and make it stand out more on the street compared to it being just any old regular business.<br><br>&nbsp;- Customer Service - I could invest in providing a more personalised experience at the store by possibly spending more on better staff which would bring in more customers.<br><br>&nbsp;- Increasing Social Responsibility - I could create a business that is very environmentally friendly which would attract more customers as more people would be happy with the fact that going into this store is not un ethical or morally wrong.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;- Increase Experience - Hire more experienced people in the area of work to improve the knowledge of technology and therefore increasing the customer experience<br><br>&nbsp;- Partnerships - Partner with competitors to join the customer base and expand on the range of products and services to become an overall dominant business in the area.<br><br>&nbsp;- Exclusivity - I could offer an experience that is like no where else. For example I can provide a VR experience for the customers. It would be a blank room that they walk into and put on a VR headset and begin walking through the virtual room and talking to virtual employees. This would cut out the cost of employees, stock decoration and employer mistakes as the employees would now be virtual.&nbsp;Another experience I could offer would be having a room full of vending machines. One vending machine would be for items and another would be a new innovative invention which you insert your device that needs repair, and it then gets analysed by the robot vending machine, diagnose it with a problem, and repair it at a very low cost. This is very convenient and can be developed more when the final solution is decided. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My solution to the problem of "How might we Differentiate for competitors in a non-price way" would be to&nbsp;offer a room full of vending machines. There would be one vending machine for each type of item (iPhones, MacBooks, iPads). The the main attraction would be a new innovative invention which you insert your device that needs repair, and it then gets analysed by the robot vending machine, diagnose it with a problem, and repair it at a very low cost. This is to be called iBreakiFix. Although the aim of this solution was not to beat competitors by price, it will lower the price as the store will not require staff, except for one security guard, which will cut down on costs significantly. More stock will also be able to be kept as vending machines require less space and can hold lots of items. It also means that the store will feel not as cluttered. This solution provides solutions to many pains, while maintaining as many gains as possible. This is displayed in the value proposition. As the vending machine that repairs devices is the centre piece of the store, it will be the only machine which has colour so customers will instantly be attracted to it as it stands out, they will then walk into the store, realise how easy it is to repair their only slightly broken device, and decide they want to just give it a try. </div>]]></description>
