         <description><![CDATA[<div>3 ways to improve your hitting<br><br>1.Make sure the ball is at the proper level - the ball should be in front of your hitting shoulder and in line with it. This enables you to hit the ball hard. You will most likely strike the ball into the net if you jump too soon and the ball is too far away. If the ball is behind you, it will go past the net but with little force.<br><br>2.Always follow through—having a great hit requires following through. Make sure the arm is coming through the ball quickly and then gradually slows down. It's natural to want to put your arm down as soon as you hit the ball.<br><br>3.Mix up your shots by learning to hit roll shots and practicing cutting and lining shots from different angles. Many factors play into this particular motion and make it a success. The contact forces are related to the torque produced through swinging the bat, the arms, and the torso. By determining the length between the point of contact from the rotation axis, you will know how steady your swinging motion will be. There is no unique formula to improve the average of your batting. But learning the force of the swing motion connected to the power of the ball is a must. <br><strong><br>2.&nbsp; Avoid Imitating Another Players Stance<br>&nbsp;-&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>In hitting a baseball, there is no magic stance. You must know your most comfortable position where your shoulders are parallel to the body. Your toes also must be pointed towards the base home. It is not recommended to imitate the other person or player’s stance because it might not be a comfort for you.&nbsp; As a player, you should know the batting position is not complicated on your part while you are holding the bat. <br><br>3. <strong>Understand Proper Athletic Balance<br>- </strong>When hitting the ball, make sure to put your legs in its right position. There must be a proper athletic balance where your legs need to be in a broader position than the shoulder width. Also, if you can flex your knees, the better. Your weight will be centered on the inside of the feet. While you are playing as the outfield, you must learn how to read the ball. With the right practice, you will know exactly where the ball landed each time you hit it. Observe the pitcher and know how much speed he can throw the ball when it crosses the home plate. But if the ball is kicked at a shallow angle, it will have more velocity in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction -- the ball will not go very high, will have a short hang-time, but will travel a far distance. The punter must decide on the best angle in view of his field position. These same factors influence a pass or field goal. However, a field goal kicker has a more difficult job because the ball often reaches its peak height before it reaches the uprights.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Punting</strong><ul><li>When a football player kicks a football, it is launched up in the air at a certain angle. As the ball travels, there are specific forces that act on it. Gravity pushes down on the ball, shown as a vertical vector and air resistance would be shown as the horizontal vector. If the ball is launched at a perfect 45-degree angle, the ball will have a maximum range. If you kick at a much steeper angle, the ball hangs longer in the air and goes higher. If you kick in a much higher or increased angle, the distance traveled by the ball increases to a maximum and then decreases.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Football in General</strong><ul><li>Learn Physics. Since physics is a quantitative science, developing some units and measures is a good way to begin to understand the effects of physics on football. Learning Physics can help you understand what goes on in the field and can give you a certain advantage.
