Someone I look up to most is my mom. She tries her best to make my brother and I happy with everything she can do. Whenever I need someone to talk to, she is there for me. She is like my best friend. She is very funny and can always cheer me up when I'm sad. I have three best friends. Brooke, Carley, and Nina. I met Carley first in fourth grade. We were on the same cheerleading team and instantly became friends. I met Brooke and Nina this year when we were on the same field hockey team. They were the kind of people I knew right away I could be myself around. I wasn't shy around them, and they weren't shy around me. My favorite place to be is the beach. I love the warm weather because it always puts me in a good mood.  I always have a good time at the beach no matter who I am with. The feeling of the warm sun beating down on to my skin is my favorite feeling. I can always fall asleep on a towel because the sound of the ocean is very relaxing to me. I play field hockey. I play it because I like running and fighting for something in a game. I like the feeling when you have the ball and are running down the field to score. Hearing the slam of the ball in the back of the goal is very exciting. I like the feeling of the whole team getting excited when you score. My favorite thing to do is read or spend time with friends and family. I like to read because it makes me feel like I am a whole new person in a different world. I like to spend time with my friends and family because they are the people that make me the happiest.
