         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the first things that can be done is to make the rest of the students aware about the new addition to the class and prepare them to welcome the child. Small things like saying the child's name correctly and learning a few phrases in the child's native language can instantly break the ice and make the child feel more welcomed.<br><br>Anticipating the child's needs and offering one-on-one help will ease out the initial phase too. Helping the student understand the class routine/schedule will help him feel more settled- visual aids can be used for this purpose.<br><br>Surabhi Kumar</div>]]></description>
