You've been there at the very start of my journey with Shell and I feel that you always seem to be there for me during those unexpected moments when I needed someone to pull me up or someone to celebrate with. We also appreciate your show of support when you go and have a chat with us at INAEC hangar for mobilization. We know there's a bit of health risk for you to go in and visit us, plus you have to wake up early - all this are very much appreciated and did set the mode right for our 2-week trip offshore.

Our agreed ways of working, especially the "Decisions being made once" and "Communicate with intent" had improved our communications and certainly made it more efficient and it's becoming a norm now for the team.
