         <title>Lazarovden</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lazarov dance is performed on Lazarovden. Its ritual is directed entirely at the transition of the participants in the ritual to another (new) social status - marriage. Lazarovden girls sing and dance and the audience donates white eggs and flour. the gifts are gathered in a predetermined house, where late-night girls dress the ritual breads. According to the Bulgarian folk perceptions and presents the girls, who have not played lasars, can easily be loved and snared by a dragon.</div>]]></description>

On Enyovden the girls get dressed in white and all the people get in crowds to see those beautiful kids. If the girls be atleast 3 times Kalinichki they will be growing up healthy and beautiful.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Sirni Zagovezni</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Sirni zagovezni,</em>also called <em>Sinitsi</em> and <em>Sirni pokladi</em> takes place seven weeks before Easter. The celebration takes place on Sunday, as that was the day of Christ's resurrection. Believers go to  Church early in the morning. Traditionally, the children ask for forgiveness from their parents, just as the parents ask the same of their grandparents. The youngest people ask for forgiveness from the oldest, then the elders ask for forgiveness from those who are younger. According to tradition, participants wear masks and celebrate the carnival at home. It symbolizes the victory of light over darkness the coming of spring.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><br>Banitsa</strong> is a traditional Bulgarian dish in the borek family prepared by layering a mixture of whisked eggs and pieces of cheese between pastry and then baking it in an oven.<br><br></div><div><br>Traditionally, lucky charms are put into the pastry on certain occasions, particularly on New Year's Eve. These charms may be coins or small symbolic objects (e.g., a small piece of a dogwood branch with a bud, symbolizing health or longevity). More recently, people have started writing happy wishes on small pieces of paper and wrapping them in tin foil. Wishes may include happiness, health, or success throughout the new year.<br><br></div><div><br>Banitsa is served for breakfastwith plain yogurt, ayran, or boza. It can be eaten hot or cold. Some varieties include banitsa with spinach"спаначник" (<em>spanachnik</em>) or the sweet version, banitsa with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milk">milk</a> "млечна баница" or pumpkin banitsa "тиквеник" (<em>tikvenik</em>).<br><br></div>]]></description>
