         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this class, I attempted to make clear that the deposit slip should not be signed or initialized until the person making the deposit is standing in front of the teller . . . one of my students in the class (a year or so ago) who worked at one of the Co-op stores said she had to initialize the deposit slip each night after cashing out even though the deposit was not being taken to the financial institution that night.  Why would she have to do that?  Do you know of any other ways the final cash out of the night may be handled differently from what was presented in class?</div>]]></description>
