In my opinion, being mentally, emotionally, and socially happy is being healthy. Beyond simply being free of illness, it implies a continuous state of homeostasis in which every aspect contributes to a person's total vitality. In the structure of my cultural heritage, health is tightly connected to the interconnectedness of numerous aspects of life, reflecting an integrated perspective that is transmitted throughout the years. Health is the physical strength that allows us to get involved in the activities we value. It is the momentum that sustains people through the rhythms of everyday existence, and allows us to participate in cultural dances, enjoy historical meals and actively take part in the group festivities that shape who exists as a people. The cornerstone for every other element of well-being, bodily wellness provides an excellent bases for living with purpose.

I think of how Domain 7: A professional practice from the "Culturally Responsive clinical Practise: Working with people from Migrant and refugee Backgrounds Competency Standards and Frameworks for Clinicians" plays a significant part in my strategy for nursing as a nurse who is dedicated to offering holistic as well as culturally responsive care. the dedication to ongoing academic development in cultural competency criterion within this area that strikes a chord with me. Understanding the ever-evolving environment of medical care and the changing needs of the populations that I serve, I continuously attempt to broaden my understanding of many cultural backgrounds in my nursing practice.
Adopting this norm involves continually searching for learning opportunities, which include attending culturally competent seminars, taking part in forums for intercultural interaction, and staying up to date on the most recent transcultural nursing research. The ability of me to deliver care that is patient-focused and incorporates and respects cultural subtleties improves as a result.
This dedication becomes particularly crucial in my dealing with people who have immigrant or refugee origins since understanding their culture may have a big influence on how someone's health turns out. I want to close the gap between cultures, build confidence, which is divided and make sure that nursing practice satisfies the many requirements of my patients by pursuing continual education and reflecting on my individual behaviour. In addition to being consistent with Domain 7 competence criteria, this maintains the fundamental tenets of providing compassionate and socioeconomically acceptable medical care.

The economic climate in australia has a direct impact on immigrant and refugee health, with inequality and refugee health, with inequality in income causing major issues. Language challenges, unrecognised credentials, and cultural differences are just a few of the obstacles that immigrants frequently face while trying to find secure employment. The decrease of health inequities is greatly aided by social insurance systems. It can become difficult for refugees and migrants to get assistance from social security, which may result in higher levels of stress and mental health issues.

The history of Indian cuisine is rooted in Indian cuisine. The Indian subcontinent is rich and diverse in terms of cuisine. The region’s varied climate, from the deep tropics to the alpine regions, has greatly expanded the range of ingredients available to many schools of cooking in India. In some cases, Indian cuisine has become a symbol of religious or social identity, with different taboos and dietary preferences (for example, a section of the Jain community does not consume roots or underground vegetables). This has also pushed these groups to innovate with the food sources they deem acceptable.
