By comparing to the agendas in activity 1 I understand the person centered focus is reflected in the agendas that government have in place. I find it interesting that this person centered focus is also planned to be attributed to staff. I am based within a Dementia Assessment Unit and the Model allows a systematic approach to analysing and reflecting upon incidents utilising a Relationship-centred Model.

We have all contributed different, creative ways to express what this means to us individually, as a team and to our future practice. It has been a group effort to help and support one another.
