         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stays fixed on the goals, despite interference. <br><br>Reactions: This can be great for the company, but sometimes the team may feel that they lose sight of the team themselves. <br><br>Benefits/Challenges: It is great to be persistent, but it comes with balance and understanding more than just the goals. One has to be just as persistent in theirs teams development and their peoples success just as much as any other goal. The challenge is not to overlook people and continue to grow them.</div>]]></description>
