         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong>Location: </strong>I was born in Shrewsbury, England<br><strong>Date of Birth: </strong>I was born February 12, 1809<br><strong>Date of Death: </strong>I died April 19, 1882<br><strong>Education: </strong>I attended Shrewsbury School at the age of nine. I was not a very good student at all. In the year 1825 I went to Edinburgh University in Scotland to study medicine, but came to the realization that I couldn’t even watch an operation performed. In 1828 I entered Christ's College in England to become a minister. I gave up that idea also, so I just continued to study. I attended John Stevens Henslows Course to study plant. I then started a collection of beetles that became famous. I received his bachelor's degree in 1831.</div>]]></description>
