Teishoku 8 is a japanese-style restaurant , holding the philosophy of "fresh ingredients, low price, high enjoyment". There is a relaxed and joyful atmosphere in the restaurant that you can feel free chat with your friends .  The food impressing me the most is Japanese steamed egg custard ,which is consist of mushroom, shrimp, scallop and eggs , with smooth tasting and affordable price . The dishes served here are so fast that if you waits over fifteen minutes , it will offer free meals for you . Next time , if you are running late , you could have a simple but enjoyable dining here .

The chef arranges the steak and other side dishes neatly on the plate, which had made me mouth water before I ate. And the smell of peppers and red wine adds more flavors to the steak. The meat tastes tender and juicy. It seemed to melt in my mouth.
After the main meal, the dessert is also good. With the pouring chocolate sauce, the brownie cake looks beautiful. Though it tastes a little too sweet, it still a good memory for me. The restaurant gives me a great dining experience.

Black floor and wooden style decoration create an great atmosphere of dining.
The warm tea smelled great. The appetizer was pickled king oyster mushroom, which was savory and a little sour.
After the appetizer, here comes sushi. The orange salmon slice looks mouth watering with its glossy surface.
I ate it in one bite. The texture was soft, and the umami of the salmon mildly spreaded in my mouth. I've never had such a fantastic sushi.
Salmon sushi wasn't a dish with rich flavor, but it was truely unforgettable.

  Me and my family always order fried sauce noodles, soy bean paste sauted beef and egg drop soup. The fried sauce noodles is filling but cheap, and soy bean paste sauted beef is a little salty, but it will be awesome when tasting it with flat pastry. My favorite is egg drop soup, its egg drop is tender and soft, and it just melts in your mouth!
  In my opinion, Shi Zih is the best restaurant in Hsinchu. As you try it, you won’t eat here just once.

When I went there for the first time, it impress me. The texture of meat is incredable. Also, the atmosphere there is very appealing. After that, there is some ice-cream there for you after having a big meal.However, my family usually take me to this restaurant on the holiday because the mood there make me feel comfortable.But there is usually a lot of costumers in the restaurant, so sometimes we have to wait for a moment. The medium rare beef is my favorite. The color between red and black and the soft taste of it is unfogettable.With some special sauce and pepper on it will make the dishes more attrative.      My family and I always order fish combos and chicken combos there. When the meals is handed, I always feel surprised. There are four dishes, one soup, and a big fried fish. The combos looks colorful, green vegetables, golden fried fish, and black rice. They are well seasoned and the fried fish taste crumbly.

For their noodles, it usually uses "udon noodles" as the staple food in other restaurants, but they use "yellow noodles" instead, it make it absorb the sauce better to bring a more worderful flavor.
For their sauce, they use the tomato-flavor sauce's sour to make the dish more attractive, it also avoid being too greasy for their customer.
For their steak, they select the short rib as their main food, with the steak and the noodles, the dish has a terrific mouthfeel which let people chew and chew again.
In summary, this food is suitable for people who likes good taste for their meals and I 
recommend everybody to try their food, it must be a good experience.

Cater to everyone's needs, it opens until 1:30 a.m every day. Also unlike other restaurants, it offers not only a relatively cheap and plentiful dish, but also you'll feel surrounded in a chill and comfortable vibe, which makes you and your accompany can thoroughly blend into the atmosphere. 
      To my experiences, I strongly recommended its  student combo. Actually I think it's no different to the regular combo, but it's cheaper in price. What a steal deal! 
      My favorite dish is its beef with fish steak. Just like the photos above, it has a large portion for every meat and vegetables. In spite of the large quantities, it's in fact delectable. By just smelling it, you can not stand mouthwatering.
       I really enjoy dining in this restaurant, from the kind vibe to the flavorful dish, there's really nothing to be picky on, and that's why it's my top 1 restaurant in Hsinchu.

     Hsinchu is always known as a  "Gourmet Dessert", but for me, there are several nice restaurants that are not popular while worth visiting.
     One of them is Cibo, an  Italian stall in East Gate Market. The outside is made of wooden, and looks old, whereas the inside is modern and bright. The whole place is full of the smell of tomato sauce making me excited about my meal. 
     I ordered an Aglio olio seafood spaghetti and a chicken white sauce pasta. The former dish is their chef's special. Shrimps and calms are basic ingredients, so you can order more kinds of seafood as you pay more. Everything fits well in the dish and the taste impresses me a lot.
     If you still have no idea where to have dinner.      Due to the reasons above, if someone asks which is the best restaurant in Hsinchu, I'll say it's 廟口鴨香飯 without a doubt.
