Hello everyone! My name is Cristina Pop and I am a student at Avram Iancu Theoretical High School in Cluj, Romania. I study mathematics and computer science, but I can't deny my inclinations towards history, art and literature. I am a sociable, optimistic and active, but calm enough. I feel good when I know I'm doing something useful for myself or those around me. Often, I like listening to the stories about other's life because I constantly feel the need to connect with those around me and to make them feel listened and understood. I joined this project with the motivation to meet students, like me, from different parts of Europe. Thank you for your atention!

Stress management; how to build resilience to overcome adversity?

stress: any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or pshychological strain.
causes: being under lots of pressure, facing big changes, worrying about something, not having much or any control over the outcome of a situation, having responsibilities that you're finding overwhelming, not having enough work, activities or change in your life or times of uncertainty.
effects: physical ones - low energy, headaches, insomnia, chest pain, upset stomach, frequents colds and infections.
psychological ones - anxiety, lack of motivation and focus, feeling overwhelmed, restlessness, overthinking.

Starting with the eighth grade, I started to feel stress. This is due to the fact that I was taking my first important exams in life and I started to doubt all my skills. Also during that period, my insecurities about my physical appearance intensified alarmingly. Although I got in the desired high school, got the grades I dreamed of and got rid of the pressure of the exams, the first semester of high school revealed a side of my personality that I would not have thought I had. Then I realized that I have a rather accentuated inferiority complex, even to this day, slightly improved. This is the reasons I get often stressed. But now I have found methods that have helped me grow more. I still feel like I am not enough, but now I really try to keep myself bussy with useful things like going to gym, reading fiction, doing my best at school, spending time with my family and friends and extracurricular activities. These activities makes me get up motivated in the morning and it reveals to me the qualities that I have and that I should value more. Now, I thank God for everything I have and ask for strenght for doing more.

Successful entrepreneurs traits:

Personal characteristics: self-discipline, curiosity, creativity, optimism, hard work
Interpersonal skills: effective communication, strategic thinking, creative problem solving, power of persuasion
Critical and creative thinking skills: the ability to remain calm in critical moments and to analyze the situation, being calculated
Practical skills: decision macking, planning, courage to take risks, self-motivation, multitasking

You recognize that working well with others in the workplace is important; and you are trying to work collaboratively while still making sure your needs are met. There is room for improvement, however, as old habits may creep in during times of stress and pressure. Cyberbulling

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over digital devices like cell phones, computers, and tablets. Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content. It includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. Some cyberbullying crosses the line into unlawful or criminal behavior.

Fortunately, neither I nor my acquaintances were cyberbullied. However, I am aware of this problem and the negative effects on the whole world. Regardless of your personal reasons, you have no right to judge other people and assault them. Treat others the way you want to be treated, otherwise you will pay the consequences when you least expect it. The key to happiness is peace with yourself and those around you, so bullying and harassment will get you nowhere. I think everyone should be aware of this.

In my opinion, the employment of young people in the tourism industry brings innovation from all points of view. Young people have charisma, bring new clients, present them with a perspective that the current generation of adults do not have. Today's young people are also much bolder, especially when it comes to business. They tend to approach problems in a better way. For a bright future, young people in particular need to be integrated, listened and encouraged.

In the summer of 2019 I was in Palma De Mallorca, Spain. It is my favorite holiday destination. I am a person who loves the sea, the islands, but who is not satisfied only with the state of tanning and swimming. In Palma, I didn't get bored at all. I hiked in the mountains, visited a huge aquarium, walked among historic buildings, swam in deep, crystal clear waters and admired the secluded beaches. This spanish island will forever have a special place in my heart! <3

In this module I learned to correctly distinguish between a growth mentality and a fixed one, and I came to the conclusion that I am between these two mentalities. So, I will try as much as possible to develop the way I perceive the world, being more confident, strong and open to new opportunities.
