We use a communication app called WeChat by creating group chat and add all the group members in to stay in contact and give suggestion about what we are trying to complete. We can communicate at anytime because of the app, it's convenient.
For this week, what I can do are: search for the information about requirements gathering methods, prepare for the interview question.
And we learned about making an ERD project using Visio. It's a good way of drawing diagram using laptop or computer. But, I couldn't draw a basic diagram at the beginning, then the group members helped me to do it. " Do you have some suggestions about improving or developing opal system?" I thought these questions are representative and pertinence to the requirement gathering.
And for this week's tutorial, our tutor asked us to revise ERD and practice Use Case Diagram. Use Case Diagram is the main point that we had been focused on last semester. For this week, there were some details like "extend" "include" added to the diagram. The other part I'm doing in the assignment is functional requirements and non- functional requirements. According to my tutor's help, I could develop my requirements and make it better by the organisation of grammar and the way of expressing.

We need to show their work progress and determine their relationship specific to one progress.
