         <description><![CDATA[<div>How are we determining the percentage of student evidence for specific elements (taxonomy level)?<br><br>Answer: We will not fill the % box out at this time. Only mark the scale of beginning, developing, applying and innovating.&nbsp;<br><br>Beginning of the year review. Need to establish the correct taxonomy level for the curriculum. Can't do percentages of who is at that appropriate level if that level has not been determined. Is it determined anywhere? Who determines that per grade level?<br><br>Answer: Correct, we are not at this point yet. This will come when we look at unwrapping standards. <br><br></div>]]></description>
