Evidence 1- about me
1. We were set the task of making a tik tok about ourselves to present to the whole class so we could all get to know each other more.
2. I did the presentation really well and gave the class good, basic information about myself.
3. I could have added some more in depth information in the tik tok before I showed the class it due to me only discussing the basics.

Evidence 2- enrolment
1. I spoke to the teachers about the course and explained why I wanted to be on this course.They explained the course and asked if I had any worries about it. This is where I spoke about any worries.
2. I managed to speak to them about the whole course which meant I was able to communicate with them and ask any questions.
3. I could improve on being more confident when talking about the worries I may have during my course.

Evidence 3- Speaking to customers
1. I have communicated with customers at work when serving and giving them food.
2. My strong point in communicating with customers is when I serve them due to me being understanding of any allergies etc.
3. I could improve on dealing with customers due to me being quite awkward around them.

Evidence 1: I have worked as a team in college when we have been doing our work. I worked really well in the team, inputting my own ideas. To improve I could have said my own opinions to change some of the work to be more interesting.

Evidence 2: I have also worked as a team at dance due to me being in a dance team with 16 others. We have to work together to ensure we are all doing the same moves at the exact same time. We input our own ideas to try and make the team suitable for us all. To improve I will make sure if anyone needs help they know they can rely on me.

Evidence 3: I have also worked as a team at work making sure we get through all the big rushes together ensuring everything moves smoothly. We help each other out to ensure that everyone knows what they are doing. To improve I will ensure that we all stay calm to avoid things going wrong.

1. In my first year of college I didn't have any red flags or behavior issues.
2. This developed my skills because I was always ensuring that I was behaving to my best of ability at all times. I didn't argue with any teachers throughout my first year.
3. I did this without any issues and struggles, it was really easy for me to complete this.
4. I could improve by making sure I arrive at college on time

Evidence 2:
1. I got nearly all my assignments in on time during my first year, this consisted of sticking to all the deadlines.
2. This developed my time management skills because I made sure I was spending equal amounts of time on each piece of work while getting them all in at the same time.
3. I managed to get nearly all of them in either before or on the deadlines.
4. There were a few deadlines I missed due to illnesses, holidays and also from falling behind. I have learnt since then how to manage my time better.

Evidence 3:
1. At work I always ensure that other staff members can trust me and come to me if they need help.
2. This builds trust and teamwork skills between the team.
3. I have managed to build up the trust between me and my team to make the shifts easier and so they flow better.
4. I need to have more confidence to ask others for help in busy periods.

Evidence 1. I have been motivated at college to come in on time and get my work handed in on time. This develops my skills because it makes me wake up early so I can wake up and get ready in time. It also develops my time management skills to ensure everything is done in time. I have managed to always be on time to college but I need to ensure everything is fully completed in time.

Evidence 2: I have been motivated at work when it comes to long shifts. This develops my working skills due to long shifts include lots of busy periods and things to remember. I am always motivated at work but on bad days sometimes struggle to stay motivated towards the end of the shift.

Evidence 3: I am motivated at dance during my rehearsals. This helps me to be on time to my lessons and always doing my best. I always push myself to be the best dancer I can be but during long 6 hour rehearsals it gets hard to continue concentrating.

Evidence 1- Working at BPL

At Barnsley Metrodome I have 3 different job roles, I work as a Catering host, Customer service advisor and a vending operator. I have to deal with customers, money handling, food, allergies etc I am a confident worker with an important role in the building. I know how to open and close an area without help from a manager and I also deal with cashing the till up at the end of the shift. I would build up more shifts dealing with paperwork and important things to boost my role. From this job I am achieving a lot of different skills and experience, it is allowing me to learn more about independence, money handling, paperwork etc. I have achieved building the confidence to deal with admin things.

Evidence 2- Dance fundraisers

I did many fundraisers with my dance school due to us raining money for our Disney trip. This consisted of us going to different places and doing tombola's/raffles and also doing sponsored walks. I planned my own fundraising events that went extremely well, we all raised a load of money and managed to go do our once in a lifetime trip. If we did it again we would start fundraising earlier due to us rushing closer to the time with us only using 10 months to raise £54,000. I achieved teamwork and independence skills during this because we got set lots of tasks that included this and we all had to work together to achieve our goal.

Evidence 3- Flyme

I completed a college trip to flyme where we learnt about the different job roles in the aviation industry. I learnt a lot about cabin crew and being a pilot, we got to see what they do on a day to day basis working. It built up my knowledge of what I would have to do if I went into cabin crew. If I did it again I would get involved in more activities and be more confident with it all. I would also make sure I asked more questions. I achieved a lot of knowledge on the aviation job roles.

Mentor and Support

1-I supported my class mates at college with assignments they struggled with. I made sure i explained the task in full detail and told them exactly what they needed to do. This developed my skills because it made me more confident with helping others. I managed to help them and it went extremely well but next time I will make sure to explain it more straightforward.

2-At work when there was new members of staff I made sure I looked after them and made sure they knew exactly what they were doing. When it was busy I supported them by standing with them and being there in case they needed to ask any questions. This developed my independence skills because I had to work on my own with someone who was new, it also developed my confidence skills. I managed to train and support them extremely well so they knew what they were doing but next time I will try to make it less complicated and stressful for them ensuring it runs smoothly.

3- At dance I supported and helped the little kids in their class. I helped them with choreography and making sure they knew their places. This helped me gain confidence with working with children and with teaching. Next time I do it I will make sure I have more confidence when teaching and helping to ensure they fully get it.
