Earth rotates on its axis once every 24 hours, causing day and night. It takes about 365 days to orbit the Sun, which creates the seasons. Earth has one natural satellite, the Moon, which affects the ocean tides. Earth is our home, and we must protect it by reducing pollution and caring for the environment. 🌍

This atmosphere traps heat extremely well, making Venus the hottest planet in our solar system, even hotter than Mercury, which is closer to the Sun.

Because of its thick clouds, Venus cannot be seen in detail from space using normal telescopes. Scientists use radar mapping to study its surface. Despite its harsh conditions, Venus has been a target of many space missions, helping us understand more about planetary climates, atmospheres, and even the potential for life in extreme conditions.

The surface is rocky, with many volcanoes and plains. Venus rotates backward, so the Sun rises in the west. One day on Venus is longer than one year. Its bright appearance in the sky has earned it the names “Morning Star” and “Evening Star.”
