AN example for me is when I'm at work and we're hit with a lot of work. The first stage of alarm sets in when i get nervous about getting everything done. The second stage hits when I'm working to get rid of returns. I sometimes work constantly at a steady place without a break. The third stage is when i feel exhausted at the end of the night. I still haven't learned a way to cope with this stress but listening to music helps with my night.
