         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) The unit rate is <strong><em>6.2</em></strong> because <strong>124</strong> divided by 20 is 6.2. I found this out with division to find the answer. And if you do <strong><em>6.2 times 20</em></strong>, you can find out that it equals <strong><em>124</em></strong>, which is proof that the answer is true!<br><br>2) The rate for 5 hours is 31, for 20 is 124, for 30 is 186, and for 70 is 434.</div>]]></description>
