As you know I have  alwyas been keen to sports (cycling, swimming, running) and this has helped me a lot to overcome most of the obstacles or hurdles that got im my way. In the last few sporting, years I broke my pelvis (2017), my left arm (2019), two ribs (2019), and I got a displaced tib-fib fracture after I got run over by a drunk driver!! But I ALWAYS reacted and I think this can be a POWERFUL metaphor for you.
