It needs to be cook.&nbsp;</div><div>Mote: Kind of mash like ´potatoes mash’.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Ingredients</div><div>This recipe is for four people so we need:</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8 guineos.&nbsp;</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;One pound of cheese.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;One liter of water.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A half a stick of butter.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;One spoonful of salt.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Process to prepare:&nbsp;</div><div>1. &nbsp; Pell of the guineos, then put one liter of water in a pot and add the guineos and one spoonful of salt.</div><div>2. &nbsp; Next, put the pot on the stove over high heat and let them cook about half an hour.</div><div>3. &nbsp; To know if the guineos are already cooked, insert a fork into them, if it enters easily this means that they are ready.</div><div>4. &nbsp; After that, put away de pot from the     stove. Then remove the water from the pot and crush the guineos with a fork to create a homogeneous mass.</div><div>5. &nbsp; So, add a half a stick of butter and mix very well to get the mote.</div><div>6. &nbsp; To finish, grate the cheese and put it on top of the mote.
