Most nations do not experience temperatures below 10 ° C (50 ° F) in winter, and temperatures usually exceed 40 ° C ( 104 ° F) in summer. Based on the Köppen system, India has six major climate subtypes, ranging from arid deserts in the west, alpine tundra and glaciers in the north to humid tropical regions supporting rainforests in the southwest and island territories. The National Meteorological Department adheres to the international standard of four seasons with some local adjustments: winter January and February, summer March, April and May, rainy season from June to September and the period after monsoon from October to December.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div><strong>Foods/drinks:</strong> </div><div>The most popular food and drinks in India: </div><div> </div><div>1.       Masala Chai </div><div>    </div><div><br> Masala chai, India’s most popular drink (literally translated as spiced tea), can be found everywhere from rural roadside stalls to upscale urban cafes. It is usually made by boiling a lot of tea and sugar with milk, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger and sometimes a little black pepper. This sweet and spicy mixture is usually packed in small cups, sometimes accompanied by biscuits or biscuits like cookies. </div><div>2.       Laasi </div><div> </div><div><br> If you've been to an Indian restaurant in North America or Europe, you've probably seen "mango lassi" on the menu, a type of mango and yogurt foam cocktail. In India, lassis takes on a variety of flavors, and although the mango variety is certainly popular when the fruit is in season, it is more likely that lassis will taste from perennial fruit, especially bananas. Sweet lassis made of sugar, yogurt and water are also popular, and some drink it salted, often with a little bit of cumin. Remember that in some holy cities, especially in Pushkar, Rajasthan, you can receive "special lassi" or "bhang lassi". Buyers, beware, these drinks are made from bhang, a powerful blend of herbs, including cannabis, that can have an almost psychedelic effect! </div><div> </div><div>3.       Nimbu Pani </div><div> </div><div><br> Indian lemonade nimbu pani (literally "lemonade") is a summer refreshing drink that is consumed in homes and restaurants throughout India. It can be made sweet (sweetened), salty (salted) or mixed (both), sometimes with a little cumin. If you feel dehydrated, mixed varieties are an excellent alternative to sports drinks. </div><div> </div><div>4.       Dal </div><div> </div><div><br> Dal (lentil) is the main source of protein in various parts of India (especially in northern and eastern India). It is a broad term referring to various lentil stews commonly eaten on rice or large bread. Popular varieties include dal tadka (usually one or more yellow lentils impregnated with cumin oil) and dal makhani (black lentils cooked with plenty of butter and cream). </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>5.       Pani puri </div><div> </div><div><br> This popular street food is also known as gol gappe, sometimes also known as gup chup. Then partly stuff them with mashed potatoes, onions, coriander and various chickpeas, then dip them in sweet and spicy water and eat immediately. Just don’t try to nibble them, or you will be splashed by water; the idea is to stuff the whole Pani sandwich biscuit into your mouth, just like you can eat a piece of sushi. </div><div> </div><div>6.       Paranthas </div><div> </div><div><br> It can be eaten on the breakfast table in northern India (especially in Punjab). Paranthas is an unleavened cake, usually stuffed with spiced potatoes, cauliflower, radishes, pancakes (like tofu, Indian cheese), and even Hulu Bayeux. Then lightly fry it and serve with pickled vegetables and plain yogurt. Unstuffed varieties are often used as a curry seasoning, and this layered, baked oven-baked cumin baked by Don Dur is particularly popular. </div><div> </div><div>7.       Mangos </div><div> </div><div><br> The national fruit of India, the powerful mango is loved all over India. In India, mango-flavored mangoes can be found everywhere from hard candies to fruit juices. Mangoes are often used to make chutneys and chutneys as a condiment to complement curry dishes. There are hundreds of these juicy stone fruits, of which the most acclaimed (and the most expensive) is Alfonso Mango, mainly grown in Maharashtra near Mumbai (Mumbai). </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>8.       Biriyani </div><div> </div><div><br></div><div> | <br> |   | <br> Biriyani is a spiced rice that originated in the Muslim community of India and is usually made from basmati rice, which is slowly cooked with aromatic spices and meat or vegetables, and in some cases also includes raisins or cashews, Sometimes it is accompanied by gravy and/or yogurt. This dish is related to the South Indian city of Hyderabad (Hyderabad), which has its own popular varieties, usually cooked with goats (although vegetarian meals are always available).</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>9.       Gulab jamun </div><div> </div><div><br></div><div> | <br> |   | <br> Gulab jamuns are sweet sponge-like balls made of milk solids, lightly seasoned with saffron and cardamom, and soaked in sugary rose syrup. This dessert is very popular in Indian restaurants around the world, but in India, it is usually eaten to commemorate special occasions and religious festivals.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>10.   Darjeeling tea </div><div> </div><div><br></div><div> | <br> |   | <br> Although most Indian families like to use simple, strong tea to make the most popular masala firewood in the country, those teas that are light in taste, subtle, and drinkable without milk should be sure to taste the most famous tea in India: Darjeeling . This tea is called "Champagne for Tea" and is only grown in the hilly Darjeeling region of West Bengal, where green, white and oolong tea varieties have also become popular.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div><strong>Culture in India:</strong> </div><div><strong> </strong></div><div>Indian culture collectively refers to thousands of unique and unique cultures of all religions and communities in India. It combines elements from Islamic, Persian, Ottoman Turkish and Indian architectural styles. India also has many ancient temples. </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div><strong>Clothing:</strong> </div><div> </div><div><br></div><div> |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | <br> |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | <br> | <br> | <br> | <br> Indian clothing is closely related to the colorful silk saris worn by many women in the country. Dhoti is the traditional clothing of men. Dhoti is an unstitched cloth tied to the waist and legs. Men also wear a kurta, which is a loose shirt about the same length as the knee.
