         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>In my idea of a perfect world</strong>, not only children but everyone else will be able to "think" which will make them more knowledgeable as individuals. Learning will be more pleasurable and enjoyable. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Barriers-</strong> working on the already existing notions is something which is not easy. Basically, our own biases and assumptions can impact our ability to make inclusive classroom environment. Also, different students have different needs, we may struggle to meet those needs.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>First step we should take-</strong> focus on our strengths and how can we use it to for the betterment of the students.</p><p><strong>Know your students, build better relationships with them.</strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will throw away my badge of stress honour, then I will tend to re-think on what I was doing wrong. In my perfect world- Transformations can be seen through science, lot of questioning will be there followed by finding answers on their own by taking self responsibility. Once they question they can transform, they can reconcile their tensions and inculcate new values like how the oxygen flows. In my class. My class will be like a living ecosystem, full with energy and every child will bloom like flowers in a garden. Barriers will be rigid mindset (like rocks), and resistance to change (like interia). In order to take first step I will ignite their curiosity. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
