1) Ensure that everyone has clarity on their scope of work
2) Ensure alignment between your job description and your actual duties
3) Capture your duties systematically should you win the lottery so that everyone has knowledge of one another's duties

Reminder to truly respect our norms. I felt in the last meeting there were occasions that we really went against the grain of our norms, which caused moments of disrespect towards one another.

Let us not just read them, but always honor them.

Recruitment

Will program numbers become our responsibility? Will we be responsible if program enrollment is low? We have been tasked with tracking and following up on interest forms. Including responding to every interest form, emailing, and even making phone calls in addition to our current administrative duties.

If we as a team only make an effort to interact with those who are easy to interact with, our team will become more divided. Let's do better so we become a better team that is more connected and considerate.

Will the secretaries be expected to continue with recruitment tasks into perpetuity? Or will there eventually be a project/program manager take on either the recruitment or enrollment tasks? As it stands the current structure does not seem sustainable.

Planned Priorities

Is it possible for managers to do their own planned priorities? It is sometimes difficult to chase down managers for planned priority bullet points. Or can the bullet points be something the managers are required to provide on a regular basis without having to request it from them every single time?
