My difficulty with my group during the P5 project

Early December 2024 i got a pretty decent group for the project.The first day of the project me and my group finally have time to get know to each other before we went to the traditional market.When we were about to go to the traditional market we were confused because what transportation should we use, so we discuss for sometime but halt of the group want to walk but the other half wanted to use public transportation. It took a while to finally agree that we all walk to the traditional store.For the next couple of days me and my group need to finish a couple of things the product, marketing, and also KTI. But we come to a problem that we dont really care at each other especially at each other work when doing this P5 project. And the result is disappointing , all the group members doing their own thing and didnt care about any other one work and the product is failed on the first couple of days of the project. After me and my group know that if we didnt cooperate at each other then we would get a bad grades together. So since that day me and my project group need to know what each other doing and understanding what they had already make.
