I'd like to be a mental health advocate in the same way Selena has. She is very open, vulnerable and authentic with her friends and her fans. She uses her platform to share her struggles and to normalize these conversations. She is brave in her vulnerability and I think it shows those struggling that they are not alone. However, she takes it beyond sharing by creating organization, donating and raising money to raise awareness and help people.

Alex Cooper is known for the successful podcast Call Her Daddy. She is so authentic and gets very real about topics women face today, specifically speaking out about her sexual assault and society’s view about timing of having children. She wants to normalize the conversations about women. She's spoken openly about her sexual assault and not being ready to have a baby. I admire her honesty, unapologetic style, confidence, and quest to challenge societal norms.

John Cook was the legendary head volleyball coach in Nebraska for the last 25 years. Dani played under him when she was a Husker and eventually was hired onto the coaching staff. However, she was never given the opportunity to be a head coach. She left for 8 years and took a head coaching position in Louisville, completely turning the team around. She then went Nebraska and was given the head coaching position.

I think she stands for resilience and standing up for what you want as a coach and in life. She wasn't going to be given to opportunity, so she left and proved she could turn a losing team into a championship winning team. She had to leave to prove her worth. I also admire her values and strengths as a coach and hope to be like her in all the teams I lead.

Molly Gordon's is an actress whose personal brand I really admire. Her social pages are filled with her professional engagements, but she is very open and candid about her struggles with being a young female producer in Hollywood. She represents herself authentically and isn't so concerned with posting the "perfect photo." She also has a sense of humor come through her posts and speaks about embarrassing and awkward moments, humanizing and normalizing them.

You will hear from her when she releases a new show, but otherwise, she is off the grid working on her next piece. She isn't attention-seeking and prefers to be unseen.
