You will work with other people, have a boss, and have to exhibit initiative if you want to get ahead. Think about the similarities and differences between civilian life and military life.
2. You will work in pairs: Mr Pop with Mr Lavric will have to write about the similarities and differences when it comes to the daily routine both in the civilian and military life, Mr. Ignat with Mr Nedelcu will have to refer to the similarities and differences when it comes to working hours in the civilian and military life  and Mr Ghinescu with Mr Boricean will have to refer to the financial similarities and differences both in the civilian and military life. 
3. As you are required to work in pairs, one of you will write about the similarities between the two concepts and the other one will have to write about the differences between the two concepts. You get to choose! Write your ideas in a short paragraph.
