-Students struggle academically and socially from dealing with COVID.

-gap between students who participate in many private education classes and those who don't (those who've already learnt material through private classes feel unmotivated and have higher performance)
-rewarding: working with a younger age range and feeling energized by their energy ; tight-knit community and smaller class sizes ; more interaction between teacher and students; teachers providing students with more independence
