There are many free templates for learners and teachers to use. The templates are versatile and can be customized as one pleases. I was able to be creative with font styles, colours, images, videos etc.
The challenges I encountered while using this tool is the infographic templates do not have enough space to fit the text, images, videos, references etc. I had to squeeze in all the required elements for the task at the expense of aesthetics. 
From this task I learned to prioritize the most important information to include in an infographic. I learned to summarize my text by keeping only the main ideas.

3) Learners can work together on a group assignment using this tool. They can collaborate by each making editions to the assignment and agreeing on what to include and on work distribution. 
4) The learners can make a presentation on a topic to teach their classmates.

There are different question formats I can use and all these formats are not complicated. The tool allows videos, images and links to websites which makes it possible for the learners to watch or read about the topic while taking the test. The preview feature means I could check out the test and see if it works perfectly before I publish it. The tool marks the test immediately which reduces the work I have to do. The results and feedback are available to both me and the learner immediately.
The challenges I had is that the tool does not mark long questions. I would need to mark long questions by hand. This delays the process.
I learned that tests can be written and marked online. 4) Formal assessments which will be recorded can be written on google forms.

The teacher can then display the percentage of learners who got the questions right. This one tool accomodates, images, videos, links, games and interactive questions. While working with Powerpoint I realised that it is the most useful we educational tool we have dealt with. Many elements on Powerpoint can be used without internet connection once the document has been downloaded.
The challenge I had with this tool is that it can be difficult to create quizzes.
