"Although some administrators target cyber-bullies, others punish students whose only offense is posting an online comment that the school doesn’t like." I do not agree with the punishing of the students that post things that the schol doesn't like because thats apart of life and people are going t say and do things that you don't like but its best to either ignore it or stay off of students social media😂😂 #LurkGetYourFeelingsHurt

This is a violation to a students privacy because it was not an intended to be really rude it was not a direct attack on the person because it wasn't bad at all it was just a opinion.

Students absolutely must have some safe space where they can complain when schools are dirty, dangerous, or overcrowded, without fear that the long arm of school discipline will reach out and grab them.”' everybody has the right to talk without any disciplinary action. no teacher or administrator has the right to gain access into the account of anyone. not to talk about students.

The school doesn't have the right to do this. And even if the student does post something unconstitutional or they could get in trouble for it they don't need their password.

"In 1965, when Mary Beth Tinker was 13 years old, she wore a black armband to her junior high school to protest the Vietnam War. The school promptly suspended her, but her protest eventually led to a landmark Supreme Court case: Tinker v. Des Moines". i disagree because its just like the deal with the other students shouldn't be suspnded because of them wearing arm bands
