<title>The theory that i believe would be helpful would be the behavioral theory. Rewards have always been something that gets me to perform well. I like the challenge of having to reach a certain grade in order to get a new pair of sneakers. If i do al my assignments before Thursday my reward would be a free weekend from homework. </title>

<title>Being impeccable about your word is rule#1 in the Four Agreements. Everything starts with a thought. If you think positive thoughts then you will get a positive result. If you think negatively you will get negative results. But one can master reframing their mind to change the outcome. </title>

<title>Techniques that could help me currently are having a good mindset and break down task. Everything starts with the mind, so have a positive mindset, i feel is half the battle. Once, i start working i can get the task completed. I feel when things are broken down smaller then it is easier to complete the task. Also, it doesnt overwhelm me when i start early because i had a gameplan. </title>
