5. 1/5 of our clients speak english. Many nurses and agents in. my team don't speak english so i need to be the translator in consultation.

6. The most difficult situations are when client complain about something. It's hard to respond politely. Or when a sad situation happens, i have difficulty to find the wright words.

7. I really love to travel. I even worked as a nurse 6 months in Dominican Republic in 2009.

3.i have an everage of 900 patients with kidney disease to follow on the BAs-st-Laurent- Gaspésie with 4 nephrologist

5.when i have to called patients or when i meet them on the clinic

6. i explain to patients what kidney disease is, the symptoms, the stage, the blood result to monitor kidney function, how to slow the progression of the disease and i encourage them to change their lifestyle habits. When they are to the terminal stage, i teach the different types of dialysis.

I give hemodialysis treatment to patients with end stage renal failure. And in nephrology, I follow the laboratory results of the patient with kidney failure and I call them if necessary to do following up.

I make sure that patient wake up. Patients must breath normally, they don't be painfull and I must watch surgery complication like bloody for example.
The work location is Granby hospital.
Basically, I use english in the worplace after surgery, when patients is waking up, or a lillte bit later to know how do they feel.
A situation I might experience in my workplace be when patients wake up to assess pain and explain patients what's append after surgery immediatly.
For one year I travelled around the world with my familly in 2018.
