         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Tanks had mowed down barbed wire and provided cover not found in the trenches with a single rifle, and soldier because before they couldn't advance, and if you poked your head up you were at extreme risk of getting hit, so tanks can advance.</div><div><br></div><div>2.The Machine gun had killed massive amounts of people in short time.</div><div><br></div><div>3.Airplanes provided key ability to spy on the enemy, had attached machine guns.</div><div><br></div><div>4.Airplanes dropped bombs, and could do recon.</div><div><br></div><div>5.The De Havilland DH-4B WW1 Biplane was one of the planes used.</div><div><br></div><div>6.Poison Gas was used to kill the enemy with extreme force, it would cause several severe injuries.</div><div><br></div><div>7.Poison gas would blind you, burn you, and suffocate you your chances of survival were pretty slim.  </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Most doughboys weren't that far from there farms or there towns they lived in. <br>2. The battle fields of WW1 there was a large scale of weapons that would become modern war. <br>3. There were two innovative weapons. They were the tank and the airplane. <br>4. Tanks ran on caterpillar treads and were built of steel.<br>5. The early airplanes were so flimsy that both sides were limited  in use.<br>6. The doughboys were also shocked by the new weapons and tactics of modern warfare. </div>]]></description>
