I would like to book a non-smoking single room. I will arrive on September 4th at 10 o’clock in the morning and I will be spending five nights in the hotel. I would like to reserve a half board if it's possible. Do you have any rooms available?

I have never been to the city so I’ll be very pleased if you can tell me the most famous places or anything interesting to visit. I want to have time to visit everything, is it possible to have an early morning call?

I also wanted to ask you about pets. Could I bring my dog to the hotel or is it forbidden?
