”Invite entrepreneurial and guest speakers” and ”Incorporate technology and digital skills” are the activities more suitable for the level of my students. We can organize virtual sessions with successful entrepreneurs of business professionals who can share theit experiences. The guest speakers can guide and suport the students, give feedback and advice them. This interactions can inspire students and provide them with valuable knowledge about entrepreneurial journey. We have also to incorporate technology tools: like digital portofolios and websites in our activities and eTwinning projects. These activities encourage students to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to real world problems.

I think emphasizing project based learning, focusing on business related topics and inviting entrepreneurial guest speakers are some of the strategies that work best for my students. Team work and collaboration are key for the success of any type of project and they really enjoy working in pairs and groups. Recent talks with my students revealed that since they will graduate soon they are more concerned with their future field of studies , jobs and career, therefore, bringing up the business related topics will certainly spark their interest. And guests are always welcome; as specialists in their domains, they are certainly given more credit, consequently, their discourse will have a bigger impact on students.

I believe that organizing and proposing projects to students that stimulate entrepreneurial skills, also in collaboration with the territory, is very useful, stimulating, challenging and a unique opportunity for growth. Primarily, I would propose projects organized on problem solving, in which there are problem situations that students have to solve in a creative and collaborative way. So one of the most important point is the foster collaboration with peers and also with other schools. It's also important to being in relations with the territory, for example inviting guests speakers, who can bring their idea of entrepreneurship to work. Alongside these proposals, it is always useful to use digital technologies and network with other educational realities that can enrich skills both in entrepreneurial and digital terms.

Since they have difficulties while hearing and speaking , they face many problems at their daily lives. so they can use digital and technologic ways to solve all these by also hanging with the problem solving skills. I work in a primary school and teach students aged 10-15. I think project based learning is suitable for them. They can practise business related topics. We have applied an e twinning project with the name of "Entrepreneurship Mindset" with 4 grade students .It was great . Because ı discovered that entrepreneurship ,in fact, is the journey of knowing your strong and weak qualities and strenghtening your strong qualities. That is the main point of education.Because if you will try to put an another brick to the wall this will not be usefull .I mean we cant give the standart education for each student with diffrent qualities .Entrepreneurship is working together for some growth with people having different qualities mostly with teamwork

We live in an age where knowledge is rapidly renewed and rapid changes are experienced in every field. The changes in the 21st century change the competencies expected from individuals. It is important to acquire an innovative and creative understanding for students to gain the necessary skills by the age we live in. Today, individuals are required to be entrepreneurial individuals who think critically, produce ideas, are self-confident, can interact with their environment, adopt teamwork and cooperate, are prone to use technology and can follow the developments in technology, and have language skills rather than being individuals who memorize information and accept it as it is.

In line with these needs, we make some eTwinning projects at school .For instance last year we had an eTwinning project called INNOTEENS (Innovative Teenagers)and we focused most of the topics on the infographic for instance collaboration, inviting entrepreneurial guest speakers, and promoting creativity and innovation through common and final products of the mixed teams and we also guide students on learning technology and digital skills .
