Leadership skills i have choosed

There are number of skill areas that are particularly important for leaders. Here i would like to tell three leadeship skills which am most intersted in.
Those are
1. Active listening skills.
2. Strategic thinking skills.
3. People management skills.
A leader can be defined as ' a person who leads an orginsation or a sector or a country. To deliver a good leadership quality required some skills to be carried out. When i have gone through the leadership and management quality module i have got intersted in some skills which i mentioned above.
The listening skills, listening to the people what they are to, make the leaders become an active respondent too. A good listener can be a good influencer, perhaps a quick decision maker too.. This is one of the most important skills needed for a good leader.

Moving on to the next, strategic thinking skills, the another quality a leader needs. In simple terms, having an idea or vision of where you want to be and working to achieve that. The best strategic thinker see the big picture, and they do not get stressed by side issues or minor details. Which als lead to communicate properly to their followers.

And the last but not least skills is people management skills. Leaders should encourage and motivate their team directly and also expected to help their followers to achieve the goal. Not only leaders understand how to build a team but als to know how to recruit effectively and bring people on board which leads an organisation in higher demand.
