My father, Moses Okorie Nueman, the King's eldest son, journeyed extensively before choosing to settle in the United States. Subsequently, our entire family migrated to North Carolina, establishing our new home there.

My family and I were thrilled to come to America, but the cultural differences presented a significant challenge. Our initial perceptions of America didn't match reality, and we had to adjust our expectations. One notable observation was the prevalence of prodigies in our new community.

Coming to America profoundly impacted our family. Although we all arrived together, we missed important family events back in Nigeria. As the firstborn of a royal family, my father had obligations that required frequent trips back home. Unfortunately, school and other commitments prevented us from joining him.

Our family has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, we were groomed to own and manage businesses.  As a result, every member of my family now owns and operates at least one business."

Corruption and war in Nigeria influences our family today, because we have not yet been able to visit Nigeria as a family due to safety reasons.

When my grandmother lived in New York, she noticed that housing was segregated. African Americans did not have access to the neighborhoods and housing blocks that whites had.
