People staying sober will sleep more soundly, allowing their bodies to fully recharge and heal. And will also discover increased energy and motivation, putting it towards exercise and healthy habits. their appetite will be regained and their skin, hair, and eyes will also clear and renew.&nbsp;<br><br>increased self-esteem:<br>the benefits stated above come with an increased boost in self-esteem and confidence. Being more productive and having a healthy lifestyle will in turn increase self-esteem.&nbsp;<br><br>lower risk of developing mental and physical health issues:<br>staying sober also lowers the risk of developing mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. And will also decrease the risk of developing health issues such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and many more.&nbsp;<br><br>better relationships with friends and family:<br>quitting an addiction can also affect the people around you. whether someone is staying sober for another person or if they're doing it for themselves. staying sober will allow people to be in a clearer state of mind, allowing them to be&nbsp;their true selves. </div>]]></description>
